ABA Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Do you have a passion for helping children with autism and their families to succeed and improve their lives?
Autism Centers of Utah is recruiting qualified and enthusiastic ABA therapists and RBTs to work in our 12000 square foot state of the art aba therapy center.

Requirements:
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding social skills
- Clean, well groomed appearance
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance
- Commitment to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
- Ability and willingness to travel to and from clients’ homes
- A minimum of 1-year of experience providing ABA services to children
- Ability to implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA
- Ability to undergo and successfully complete Criminal History Background Check (CHBC)
- Ability to undergo and successfully pass pre-employment and random drug tests

Requirements:
- ***BCBA certification and experience
- Great energy, attitude and personality
Responsibilities:
- Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Design and implement function driven behavior plans and supervise behavior analytic interventions
- Develop and implement appropriate assessment and intervention methods
- Teach others to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research and design and deliver instruction in behavior analysis.
- Provide on-going training to caregivers
- On-going monitoring and evaluation of all behavioral objectives
Language and Social Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, parents, school and medical personnel and the community-at-large.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive communications.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
