Our Parent liaison team will contact you to learn more about your loved one with autism, their diagnosis and your family’s unique needs.
Navigating therapies for a child with autism can feel overwhelming. That’s why we dedicate as much time as needed to understand your child’s specific needs and answer all your questions.
During our conversation, we will:
– Explain how we can best support your child’s progress.
– Outline what a typical schedule looks like—whether at our center, in your home, or at school.
– Provide a clear understanding of out-of-pocket costs.
– Walk you through the steps to get started.

If our company and your family seem to be a right fit for each other we will then begin our journey together.
What happens after you visit?
Everything is ready when you are! Once you’re ready, we’ll enroll your loved one in our program at Autism Centers of Utah and begin the journey toward their success.
Onboarding
To get started, simply complete our onboarding documents and provide a copy of your child’s diagnosis from their physician. We’ll then contact your insurance provider to obtain authorization for the initial assessment and treatment plan.
Initial Assessments/Treatment Plan
Your supervising BCBA works with you and your child to complete all of the necessary assessments, observations and treatment plan, then we submit this to your insurance carrier for 3 to 6 month authorization for ongoing ABA services.
Start Date
We’ll work closely with you to create a flexible weekly schedule and provide a start date for ongoing ABA services. From there, the magic happens as we begin supporting your child’s growth and success!
