ABA Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We're looking for qualified and enthusiastic ABA therapists and RBTs to work in our center-based program.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Commitment to become certified as an RBT (or current certification)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
  • Ability to implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA
  • Must pass background check and drug screening

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We're seeking a dynamic BCBA with a passion for helping children with autism and a collaborative approach to clinical work.

  • BCBA certification (required)
  • Experience working with children with autism
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
  • Design and implement behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
  • Provide ongoing parent training and support
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress
