ABA Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
We're looking for qualified and enthusiastic ABA therapists and RBTs to work in our center-based program.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to become certified as an RBT (or current certification)
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services to children preferred
- Ability to implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA
- Must pass background check and drug screening

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We're seeking a dynamic BCBA with a passion for helping children with autism and a collaborative approach to clinical work.
- BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
- Design and implement behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians
- Provide ongoing parent training and support
- Monitor and evaluate client progress
